Excellent! Many thanks for those!
Quick Q: what is the colour you've used on the freshly sprayed 356 in pic no. 6?

The 356 in the last photo is the one that's on TM for sale. What is getting done to it?

the pink 911 is in fact a rsr replica, complete with 2.8 rsr motor, this car will soon be seen on a race track near you,the colour is porsche fraise a correct colour for the era,it looks a lot better put together,i will post some up to date photos soon,as for why that colour we persuaded the owner to go a little different as it was due to go the usual silver route, and we were borde of painting silver
as for the 356 ,yes you are right i do own it,i am in the process of sorting out any welding needed for complience,it seems extreme to cut of the front, but it acually makes my job a lot easier, the car is not acually not that bad for 56 years old, updates soon
thanks for the feed back,we have lots more photos if interested, mainly of cars in build up stages
speak soon

The black 911 on the trailer - looks like a SWB with deep dish wheels? What plans for it? Looks good.

hi wilco
not a bad car this for its age ,rough paint, which we have now stripped, small ammount of rust in the sills front guards and rear shelf, usual stuff realy, the car is original black car and is going back to black, the only modifacations being do is upgrade to 3.0,with some up grades to the brakes, interior is getting a makeover, this car has the makings of somthing special,as you get very few early 911s around now, this is the kind of car i wouldnt mind myself  ,the wheels are later flat style fuchs, but looking at the picture i can see its an easy mistake,i nice set of 5.5 deeps would go a treat i think, but i think the customer is happy with what hes got,i will post some more updated photos soon, but heres one to be getting on with
speak soon

Nice, my '68 looks about the same but has less front sheetmetal at the moment. Looking forward to the same in about a year or so.

Looking for a correct early engine lid and tailights...???

Cheers.

Thanks saw those. Had a yak with hillbilly, they're a bit rough and not euro spec lens of course.

Thanks for checking out a lid, the '68 appears to be on the cusp of a lot of things so I'm not completely certain the engine lid should be a 'split' but from what I've seen so far it sould be.
Cheers.

hi wilco
you are right with a 68 it could be either,i do have a engine lid without split,it has been chemically stripped, but does need welding to lower outer skin,if interested let me know,i can post photos

Thanks but my engine lid is the later 'non-split' type as well. It's a little ahead of yours as its already had welding on lower edge :) Thanks though, it's good to know there's yet another shorty on it's way up.

Hey Guys, called into a mates workshop today and he was doing one of those early swb 911. He said there's something special about it tho, having a more powerful motor option or something.
